Dr. Salah Aldeen Joudi is a New Zealand–based professional with a strong academic and technical background in environmental chemistry, food technology, and Halal science. He pursued doctoral research in environmental chemistry at the University of Waikato and holds a master’s degree in food technology from Massey University. His expertise spans food science, product development, quality assurance systems, and Halal compliance management. Over the years, he has contributed to environmental sustainability initiatives, climate change mitigation strategies, and carbon credit projects, including work with Bio Ecosystem Sustainability Ltd in New Zealand. His academic contributions include research publications in electrochemistry journals on graphene oxide sensors and nano-carbons, as well as multiple research reports on food science, industrial pollution, Halal business development, and food security.
